A DVD of previously un-released material from the former Whitbread Archive, comprising 3 films from the 1950s.The 1st film is about hop farming , the 2nd is of Whitbread’s brewery in Chiswell Street, London when it was in full operation and the 3rd film is a training film about running a pub the right way (although some of the practices shown here would not go down well today! An interesting collection.
