Prices

We try our very hardest to keep our prices down and give you the very best value for money although we reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices shown include  UK VAT at the current rate.

 Note The UK VAT rate for Books and Magazines is zero; but Postcards, Posters, Signs, CDs & DVDs  are at the UK standard rate of 20%.

Payment

  • Orders must be accompanied by either details of a valid credit or debit card or a UK Sterling cheque. To avoid delay please ensure all the required boxes are completed, particularly your card Security Code.
  • Your Credit/Debit Card will be processed off-line (not automatically when you place your order) so any necessary corrections can be made
  • We accept all major credit cards (sorry not Diners Card).
  • You may also telephone or fax orders or order by post enclosing payment. Tel Fax number ++44(0)1422 844437.

Delivery

  • The product prices shown on this site do not include delivery cost.             
  •  The delivery charge shown on the Order Form ("Shipping") is based on the weight and, for UK deliveries, the size of the package. Please allow 7 days for UK deliveries.
  • Please note that the Shipping charge is based on 2nd Class UK delivery. If you indicate that you want 1st Class UK delivery or Signed For Royal Mail service then the additional postage cost for that service will be added onto your stated Shipping cost. This is because the Order Form Shipping charge is worked out by the software before  the options for 1st Class & Signed For appear (these are in the Secure Hosting part of the website) and it is not possible to change the indicated charge at this later stage.
  • If you are ordering from continental Europe, America, Australasia and Asia the Shipping charge shown on your Order form should cover shipping by standard Airmail service. If the indicated Shipping charge is wildly out from the actual cost then we will either contact you to seek your acceptance of an increase in Shipping cost or alternatively the Shipping cost will be reduced.
  • If you have a particular Shipping Preference  such as "Signed For" or "Next Day" delivery or Airmail or the use of a particular carrier (such as FederalExpress) then please specify your requirement (or contact us by telephone or fax ) and we will advise you of any additional cost involved. Note that currently the software cannot calculate or indicate the correct cost of these services even though you may have selected them.
  • Small orders of postcards etc will be sent out by 2nd class post to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum         .
  • Delivery is  subject to stock availability - we will advise you by phone or e mail if your ordered item is out-of-stock.
  • Any time or date given for delivery is an estimate only. We do not accept liability for failure to deliver within a stated time.
