How to Order 
Ordering from us is easy, and there are several ways in which to Order :
- 1. From the website Once you have found the book(s) you want just click on "Add to Shopping Basket", this takes you to the shopping basket page where you can review your purchases/change quantities and check the delivery cost.
- If you are ordering an item to be sent outside the UK - then please select your Destination Country and check the Shipping cost. Please note that the default destination country is the United Kingdom - so you must choose your required destination country, not the UK!
- For destinations outside the UK - the Shipping figure shown on your order is a rough estimate of the actual Shipping Cost -
- If the Shipping cost < Shipping figure then I will reduce the shipping amount.
- If the Shipping cost > Shipping figure then I will contact you to request an increase on the Order price to cover the actual Shipping Cost.
- To proceed with your purchase click on Shopping Basket.
- Note the Shipping cost for more than one item is the sum of the individual shipping costs - the website software can't work out an accurate shipping figure for the whole parcel - I have to adjust the Shipping cost off-line to ensure that your net debit equates the actual P&P cost. (This is not shown on the website).
- If you are purchasing more than one Poster or Postcard (where the P&P cost is significant compared to the product cost) then a discount on the Shipping cost will be given where more than poster or postcard can be sent at the same price as sending a single item.
- Please look at the Shipping details on the Poster or Postcard website pages.
- You can pay by your Credit/Debit card or by your PayPal - the choice is on the Order Form.
- You may find occasionally that your Debit/Credit card has been declined by our Secure Hosting provider (UPG) - in this situation, and have a PayPal account then try this alternative payment method. If you're sure that your Debit/Credit Card details are correct and your card has been declined then please contact me in case there is a problem with our Secure Hosting service.
- Please note - if you are ordering an item to be sent to an address different to your cardholder address, then I would suggest that payment by Credit/Debit card is preferable to PayPal payment as, I believe, the latter will only deliver items to your PayPal account address.
- Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your goods are despatched. After your debit/credit card details have been verified by the Secure Hosting Service (UPG) then Beer-Inn Print will receive your order and if the order price is correct Beer-Inn Print will then authorise debiting of your card to the correct amount.
- If the original order price is too high (or too low) then after agreement with customer Beer-Inn Print will amend the amount to be debited.
- Note however if you pay by PayPal then your PayPal account is debited at the time that your order is placed.
- Please note - your credit/debit card details are NOT conveyed to Beer-Inn Print, that information is sent to our Secure Hosting Service UPG who verify the correctness of the card details from your order.

- If you prefer to pay by UK £ cheque (or UK Postal Order) then you can make your selection in the normal way then print off your order form and send it through the post with your cheque (payable to Beer-Inn Print please) to the address below.
