Please Note - NO THANKS to Royal Mail for doubling the cost of mailing large posters from 2 April 2013!!! Now any posters larger than 45cm (18in) are now classed as 'Medium Parcels' at a cost of £5.20 @ 2nd Class compared to the previous cost of £2.20. The Shipping cost for A2 and A3 posters are only marginally increased (classed as 'Small Parcels'), whereas larger posters, eg the Large Pub Stops range and the A1 size Pub Crawl Posters and the large French posters will now have to be put to £5.60 (ie £5.20 for postage and a nominal charge for the cost of the tube). Unfortunately we are in the hands of Royal Mail for despatching posters to our customers and have to pay their exhorbitant charges.
However one solace is that if you wish to buy more than one poster at the same size or less then we will cancel the shipping charge for the second poster, so the shipping cost per poster is roughly the same as pre-2013 prices (provided the 2nd poster will go in the same poster tube). The cancellation of the shipping cost is done when your credit/debit card is debited.
SIZES : the DIN standard sizes are used for poster sizes ie A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 (in general).
If you're more familiar with the Imperial measurements then A1 = 20in x 32in; A2 = 16.5x23.5 inch; A3 = 11.75x16.5 inch; A4 = 8.25x11.75 inch; A5 = 5.78x8.25 inch and A6 = 4.13x 5.78 inch. (The bigger the number the smaller the size - so that A3 is half the size of A2 and so on)
